Frequently asked questions

Can I turn up with my child on the day?
No, families must be pre-registered on our clubs as coaches need to know the numbers of children they will be working with to plan their sessions to suit. Numbers are also limited so we recommend you register as we enforce a first come first served policy.
What if I am unable to attend session?
Please inform us when booking if you know you won’t be attending certain sessions. I am afraid booking is in bulk, so no refund can be made even if you know you will miss a session in advance.
Do parents have to stay throughout the session?
Yes it is very much a family club, so the idea that parents and children exercise, learn and have fun together.
What do we have to wear/bring to each session?
Clothing: We recommend participants wear comfortable sports appropriate clothing i.e. shorts, socks, t-shirt and trainers. When the sun is strong sun-cream is recommended. Bring a waterproof jacket if your session is planned to be outside.

Drink/Medication: Make sure you provide plenty of fluids for you and your children (non fizzy). Any participants who require medication it is vital they bring all medication required to each session i.e. inhalers. Medical information must be stated on the booking forms; if you don’t bring along the correct medication when it’s stated on your medical form, you are unable to take part.
