The Time4Sport team are extremely passionate about inspiring children and families and having a positive impact on their lives. We’re proud to say that a number of our coaching workforce have been employed by Time4Sport for over 10 years.
We ensure that all our coaches are given the opportunity to grow and develop in a professional setting.
All our staff are DBS checked and recruited through Safer Recruitment Standards, a set of practices to help us make sure our staff are suitable to work with children and young people.
All our staff undertake continuing professional development to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date and aligned to Ofsted and professional standards. This helps us ensure we offer children and families the best possible service.
