Our wrap-around and extra-curricular clubs give children the chance to develop skills and try a range of new and exciting sports.
We can work with schools to develop a programme of extra-curricular clubs to offer to pupils.

Offering extra-curricular clubs at your school
Delivered as a bolt-on to your regular Time4Sport provision, we take the hassle out of running your own wraparound care and extra-curricular clubs at your school. We offer two options for schools:
Parent funded clubs
- Delivered at your school
- Time4Sport will organise, administer and deliver the clubs
- We’ll provide your school with marketing materials to promote the clubs to your pupils and their families
- Families will book these sessions directly with Time4Sport
- No hidden administration fees
School funded clubs
- We’ll work with you to develop a programme of activities to be delivered at your school
- These sessions will be organised and administered by your school and delivered by Time4Sport
- Families will book these sessions via your school booking system
- We’ll provide your school with marketing materials to promote the clubs to your pupils and their families
The PlayMaker Award
In addition to our extra-curricular clubs we are delighted to be able to offer the PlayMaker Award for your pupils. The PlayMaker Award helps enables children to take their first steps into coaching.
The PlayMaker Award is a great introduction into leadership giving learners the knowledge of how to organise small games and activities that can be used during extra-curricular time, lunchtimes, breaks, as well as in sports clubs outside school hours.
The PlayMaker Award aims to help learners develop leadership skills such as organisation, communication and teamwork, as well as helping to build confidence and self-esteem as they take on the responsibility of assisting in leading their peers and younger children.
Embedding the award into your school’s curriculum will help you to deliver intra school competitions, increase sports participation and improve pupil behaviour.
PlayMaker participants will receive:
- A leadership journal which they can use to record what they have done during the course; what they have learnt, what they have enjoyed and what they found most challenging.
- A certificate once they’ve completed the core elements of the PlayMaker Award and have put what they’ve learned into practice.

The Time4Sport coaches and staff have absolutely become part of The Willows family!
