Apprentice Marketing Assistant (x2)

Contract Type: Apprenticeship

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £6.40 per hour

Location: T4S Headquarters, Michelin Sports Centre, Rosetree Avenue, Trent Vale, ST4 6NL. This role will also include some travel across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, creating content at our camp venues and schools.

The Marketing department at Time4Sport has largely developed over the last 2 years and we are now looking for an apprentice Marketing Assistant to help us elevate to the next level! We are seeking a fun, motivated, creative individual – somebody who can really bring their personality into this role.

Job Role Responsibilities

Below is a list of responsibilities that you will undertake in this role, with support and assistance from the Marketing Manager.

• General Marketing administrative tasks – proof reading, copy writing, writing/sending emails etc.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns in a timely manner
• Create assets for social media, email and website
• Content creation – photography and filming
• Perform market and client research
• Provide support to marketing department and support and contribute to the Marketing strategy as a whole
• Liaising with external agencies – designers, printers, schools, PE leads etc.
• Maintain brand integrity and awareness
• Organise and manage marketing materials
• Attend relevant events

Person Specification

• English and Maths GCSE (minimum grade C/4)
• An interest in Marketing
• A good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organisation and attention to detail – this is crucial for proof reading and brand integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and deadlines
• Experience of Canva, CapCut and Hootsuite would be desirable but training will be provided
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• A positive attitude and a flexible approach
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• A clean enhanced DBS
