We recommend that children don’t bring valuables including handheld computers or similar. Children won’t be allowed to play with these during the holiday camp.

If your family uses childcare vouchers or pays for our holidays camps via the government tax free childcare scheme, please use discount code EYQ146 when booking. This will make the amount payable as zero, and we will then contact you via email to arrange payment.

Once you have made the payment, please send your payment reference number, payment amount and the date of your payment to Lewis Bruce via email at [email protected]

For example:

Reference Number – ZQXF3579TFC

Payment Amount – £50.00
Date of Payment – 13/3/24

Once we have received payment, your booking is confirmed. Please note, we don’t currently accept childcare vouchers / tax-free childcare as payment for the Trentham Gardens adventure kids’ club.

You’ll save 10% per additional sibling when booked together. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

All children must be pre-booked onto our holiday camps. Numbers are limited and camp days regularly sell out, so pre-booking is essential.

No, parents can drop their children at camp safe in the knowledge that their children are safe and cared for.

We ask that you drop your child off 5 minutes before the camp starts and collect no more than 5 minutes after the camp has ended. Camps usually operate at the following times:

  • Half day: 8.30am-12.30pm
  • Full day: 8.30am-3.30pm
  • Full day with late pick up: 8.30am-5.30pm

Timings for our HAF and HUBB camps may vary. Please check your pre-camp email and make a note of this.

We understand that things happen from time to time and sometimes lateness is unavoidable. However, we do ask that you be respectful of these times and punctual when dropping off and collecting children. Consistent lateness will be discussed with you and may result in a £20 fine that will be donated to charity.

On arrival, please report to the Time4Sport camp manager, where we’ll check your emergency contact and collection details, and register your child on the camp phone. For safeguarding reasons, parents/carers are not permitted to go beyond the sign in point.

For our happy holiday camps, HAF and HUBB camps, the drop off point is usually the main entrance to the venue. For Trentham adventure kids’ clubs please report to the main entrance to the gardens (where you would normally pay or show your membership).

Due to Ofsted ruling, children who are aged 4, and children who are currently in Reception can attend camp for a maximum of 4 hours (8.30am-12.30pm). Children in Year 1 and above can attend a full day with wrap-around. Our Trentham Gardens adventure kids’ club is suitable for children aged 6-13, and our HAF and HUBB camps are for children aged 5-12.

To attend a camp, all children must be able to use the toilet independently unless they have a medical reason for needing assistance. If your child needs toilet assistance, please ensure this is stated on the medical information section on the booking form, and make sure they have everything they need with them at camp.

We aim to make all our services as inclusive as possible. At the point of creating your booking you’ll be prompted to enter any medical or behavioural information. If your child has any medical or behavioural information it’s extremely important that you make us aware of this, to ensure their safe participation at a camp. Any information provided here will be instantly available to the coaching team on site. If your child’s medical details change, please ensure that you update your account accordingly.

The camp manager may wish to discuss your child’s needs in more detail to better understand triggers, coping strategies and behaviours as best as possible, and suggest ways to ensure that your child enjoys their time at camp.

Some children attend our clubs with the support of a 1-2-1 carer / support worker. This isn’t a service that we currently provide but we are happy for children to attend with their own carer / support worker subject to relevant ID and DBS checks being provided. Please call: 01782 409 677 or email: [email protected] before placing a booking if this is something you may wish to explore.

All of our staff are fully qualified coaches who have years of experience of working with children and young people. Our staff also regularly undertake safeguarding training and are all DBS checked. We have a qualified first aider at every session and are fully insured.
