Time4Sport is the trusted choice for school PE, school sport and physical activity services (PESSPA) in Staffordshire and Cheshire. Our pricing reflects our experience, expertise and reputation to deliver high-quality, bespoke PESSPA services and helps schools maximise their school sports funding.

Example 1
PPA cover on a Wednesday morning for 2 academic years.
School A
- Lessons run from 9.05am-10.05am and 10.20am-11.20am
- Teaching assistant provided by school
£70+VAT per day
School B
- Lessons run from 9am-10am, 10.15am-11.15am and 11.15am-12pm
£105+VAT per day
School B’s price is more due to the additional lesson and no teaching assistant provided.

Full day provision for 2 academic years.
School A
- PPA cover from 9am-4.15pm with a TA to support curriculum lessons
- School funded lunchtime club from 12.30pm-1pm
- School funded after school club from 3.15pm-4.15pm
£195+VAT per day
School B
- Maths on the Move for morning sessions; 9.15am-10.15pm and 10.30am-11.30am
- School funded lunchtime club from 12pm-1pm
- CPD and mentoring in the afternoon from 1pm-2pm and 2pm-3.30pm
- School funded after school club from 3.30pm-4.30pm
£205+VAT per day
School C
- PPA cover from 9am-4.15pm with a TA to support curriculum lessons
- School funded lunchtime club from 12.30pm-1pm
- Parent funded after school club from 3.15pm-4.15pm
£185+VAT per day
School B’s price is higher because they have chosen our premium services (Maths on the Move and CPD and mentoring). School C has the lowest price as parents are funding the after school club and Time4Sport manage all of the administration for this. Costs can be reduced further if parents fund the lunchtime club too.

- A dedicated, Level 5 qualified Account Manager, with 15+ years’ experience
- A minimum of 3 meetings a year to support the school PE Lead with health checks and continued progression
- Staff that hold a Level 2 National Governing Body qualification as a minimum
- An Educator who is trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Prevent
- Delivery staff who are DBS checked, fully insured and employed through Safer Recruitments Standards
